For as long as she can remember, seeing people reach their full potential has been a passion of Juliet. But it never dawned on her that something so natural to her could actually be shaped into a career. It was not until she was passed over for a promotion that she took the time to step back and consider the possibility of starting her business. "Could I really make a living doing something that I loved? That was my "Aha" moment!", she recalls.
Her development as a professional hasn’t come without challenge. Having migrated to the United States from Jamaica she earned her undergraduate degree while working full time. After several years of working within the corporate world, she left her position to pursue a two-year full-time MBA at the University of Southern California. When she discovered her passion and calling as a career coach, she completed a Masters in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University while holding a full-time leadership position.
Her expertise comes from over 18 years of practical corporate experience. She has recruited, hired, managed and coached over 40 people in a leadership training program for a Fortune 500 company. In addition, she has provided career counseling services to numerous individuals in various stages of their careers through her private practice in Orange County, CA. As a firm believer in giving back to the community, she also volunteers with a local non-profit to help homeless men and women prepare to re-enter the workforce.
She says, "I am excited to serve you in achieving your career goals. I approach my clients with the same motivation and commitment that I apply to my own life."

- "As a millennial hiring manager, I enjoyed a 90 percent retention rate for new hires remaining with the company for over 3 years, with many still in the organization. I was able to achieve this through a unique approach that created a win-win situation for both employees and employers. I look forward to helping your company become a winner in engaging millennial talent."

...highly recommend Juliet
"Juliet exceeded my expectations. I was pursuing a highly sought after management position from one of the top healthcare systems in United States. The hiring process was highly competitive and difficult. Juliet improved my resume dramatically and coached me through the entire interview and hiring process. Because of Juliet’s coaching, I not only got the job offer, I received $10,000 more than their initial offering. If you want a career coach who will make a positive difference in your career development, I would highly recommend Juliet."

...coaching sessions were excellent
"Juliet’s coaching sessions were excellent. Her gift of being able to identify key information about me made my resume masterful. For too long, I had a resume which placed me at a disadvantage to other job candidates. After reading my new resume, I too was impressed with ‘me’".
- Alioune D., Architectural Engineering Project Manager, Irvine, CA
...go see Juliet
"For over 5 years, I’d wallowed at a law firm working in an area of law I didn’t want to work in, working with people I didn’t want to work with, and spending most of my waking hours there. I was miserable. One night, I had this realistic nightmare where 50 years had passed and I was at the same miserable soul-sucking job doing the same miserable soul-sucking thing. I needed to take action! Juliet’s one of those people who was born to be a career counselor. She’s extremely sharp, naturally intuitive, and a great listener. After 5 years in the hell hole that was my previous job, I had no idea what else I could do or where else I could go. Juliet took the time to get to know me. She asked all the right questions, provided keen insights and practical tools for developing a plan of action. Beyond her professional expertise, she’s just downright likeable. She’s frank and no-nonsense with a great sense of humor. She’s also extremely empathetic, kind, and supportive.
Changing jobs is about so much more than simply finding a different job. It’s about overcoming fears, realizing self-worth, building confidence, and finding the strength to leave a bad situation. If you’re unhappy in your current situation and having trouble finding your path, go see Juliet.

Our career coaching approach is built upon our core belief that doing something you love is the best formula for establishing a career. Developing Your Value Proposition
Unlike many career professionals who may help you get a ’job’, my goal is to place you in the right job, preparing you for sustainability and success in a very dynamic and changing workplace. One aspect of cultivating sustainable success is to have a distinct value proposition. If you can’t explain your value, companies probably won’t see it either. Coaching you through your value proposition, you will have the confidence you need when marketing yourself to employers.
